Associate Members are those who have qualified as Extra Lesson Practitioners or Threefold Therapy for Learning Practitioners whose registration is not current and who are not currently working as Extra Lesson Practitioners. They can join APELA with the following conditions:

• may attend the AGM and contribute to discussions

• will receive a Certificate of Registration as an Extra Lesson Associate member

• may apply for travel subsidies to attend meetings/workshops/training/AGM and to initiate regional development workshops

• may apply to Treasurer for funds to run regional workshops which may be granted if the request is considered appropriate and funds are available

• may receive newsletters and other communications, and participate in applicable discussion groups initiated by the APELA members which help to develop supportive links with other members.

• may not vote or be office bearers
